“Vincenzo is a dear friend of mine and has been for nearly 13 years. I feel like I was there for the genesis of his cooking journey, and his food has always been great, but what he and Emmett have accomplished with Baccanale is truly beyond words.
Vincenzo catered my 29th birthday party—an intimate gathering of 10 guests hosted by my friend at her LA home—back in 2021, and I still talk about that spread. Everyone who was there still talks about it. The selections just kept on coming and each one seemed to somehow outdo the last. We were all stuffed by the end in the best way! My friend who hosted it has a lot of dietary restrictions but she was able to enjoy everything with no issues at all; in fact she was so impressed, she wanted to fly Vincenzo and his team out to service future events of hers. The cuisine was seriously that delicious!
